Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 July 2026  ·  Last updated: 15 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mythquarry Studios ("Mythquarry", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including Seamless Sleep, Questercise, and our other current and future apps (each, an "App", together the "Apps"), and this website.

Different apps, different data. Our Apps do different things, so the exact data each one handles varies. Where an individual App collects or uses data differently from what is described here, its Google Play "Data safety" section and any in-App notices will describe those specifics. This policy is the overarching framework that applies across all Mythquarry Apps.

1. Who we are

Mythquarry Studios is the developer of the Apps and the operator of this website. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@mythquarry.com.

For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Mythquarry Studios is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, except where an App acts only as a processor on your behalf (for example, data you store solely on your own device).

2. Information we collect

The categories of information we may handle, depending on the App and how you use it, include:

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

Permissions

Some Apps request device permissions (for example, notifications for reminders, or motion/activity data for fitness features). We request permissions only where needed for a feature, and you can grant or revoke them in your device settings. Denying a permission may disable the related feature but will not otherwise prevent use of the App.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

We do not sell your personal data.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

5. How we share information

We share personal data only in limited circumstances:

6. Advertising & analytics

Some Apps are free and may be supported by advertising, and some Apps use analytics to help us improve. Where used, these are provided by third-party services that may collect device identifiers and usage data through their own SDKs. Examples of the types of providers we may use include Google (for services such as Google Play, AdMob, Firebase, Google Analytics and crash reporting).

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using advertising or non-essential analytics identifiers, and you can manage this through the App's consent prompts and your device's advertising settings. You can reset or limit ad personalisation in your device's system settings at any time.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. For Google's practices, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

7. Health & wellness data

Several Apps relate to sleep, fitness, movement or cognitive training. Any wellness-related information you enter — such as sleep routines, workout logs, or training results — is used only to provide the App's features to you. Where such data is stored on your device, we do not have access to it. Where an App syncs this data to provide a feature you have enabled, we handle it as described in this policy and, where it constitutes sensitive data, only with your consent.

Our Apps are intended for general wellbeing and self-improvement. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Content stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data we hold (such as support correspondence or account data) is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@mythquarry.com. For most Apps, you can also delete your locally stored data at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. EU/UK users have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Deleting your data. To request deletion of any data associated with you, contact privacy@mythquarry.com with the App name and the account or device details needed to locate it. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age required by law in their region (generally 13, or higher where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from such children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. International data transfers

We and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, provide additional notice through the App or this website. Your continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
